Panorama is compatible with any type of event and offers solutions adapted to your project. From private parties to corporate events, festivals and other gatherings for the general public, the diversity of our menu and our skills guarantee the success of your pop-up bar. We do our best to enhance the identity of your project.
Furniture, equipment, drinks, personnel and logistics, we take care of everything. We offer you the possibility of combining these different services in a complete offer but also of choosing them separately according to your needs.

Services
Furniture
Our unique wooden furniture is entirely designed in our workshop.
Aesthetic and easy to assemble, it will give a real authentic and warm touch to your usual tasting environment. Our decoration marks this welcoming atmosphere so that your participants can share a real moment together.
The different elements are modular and you can even use them for other functions at your event (reception desk, partition, display units, …). If you wish, Panorama can also design the furniture of your dreams, the perfect bar!
Drinks
A unique selection of beverages to give your participants a thirst-quenching experience based on the discovery of quality products.
Panorama is committed to your interests: we work with regional producers in the form of a true partnership. We work in a short circuit, going directly from the producer to the consumer, and we train our staff to know the products.
Our selection of drinks, designed for an event audience, will enable you to compose the perfect menu for your event.
Staff
Panorama’s staff is attentive, young and dynamic. We differ from the old-fashioned service by creating a friendly relationship between our staff and the public, while maintaining the quality of the welcome and the products served. Good humour, a sense of welcome and professionalism will be the order of the day.
A careful selection of our staff members and an adapted training, allows us to provide you with the most adapted profiles for the success of your event.
Waiters, hall managers and project managers, we bring together all the right profiles to run your event and satisfy your public while controlling every detail of the organisation.
Logistics
Panorama acts autonomously, relying on a strong event experience. Leave the overall coordination of the project to us and enjoy your day and/or evening without unnecessary stress.
All equipment ordered from Panorama is assembled and disassembled by our teams and transported by us. We make it a point of honour to ensure that all the equipment is in place on time and managed meticulously while you enjoy the event.
Do you simply need equipment or drinks? We can also take care of transporting your orders to the venue and setting up the equipment if required. Why hesitate? We are here to help you!
Equipment
Fridges, beer pumps, coffee machines, freezers, crockery and small bar equipment: we have everything you need for the bar you want! Panorama offers to take care of all the bar equipment you need to refresh and present your drinks.
Do you need bar tables, tables or tents? We complete our range of bar equipment with everything you need to meet your every wish.
This service, like all the others, is completely separable. Enjoy the comfort of professional equipment to ensure the success of your event.
Consultancy
Do you already have a project and would you like support in developing or optimising it? We can join your team to analyse your needs and offer you support in implementing or improving your current operations.
Our project management skills will be made available to you to provide the necessary support. Coordination of your volunteer teams, improvement of your bar’s financial performance, optimisation of your internal logistics, sales analysis.
We are here to advise you off and on the field.
